Dog Pitching Machine helps you with the Low Pitches

In all honesty, I do not know what a dog pitching machine is. We do not need to develop pitches for dogs or for those with dog-like characteristics so it makes no sense to have a dog pitching machine in the actual, literal meaning of it. However, from what I assume, I believe what a dog pitching machine is referring to is testing and growing your ability to hit the low pitches.

Perhaps it is a reference to the size of a dog because if you threw a ball to that level, it would be a very low pitch and a difficult one to hit. However, there are situations within a baseball game where you might find it necessary to hit such low pitches and training yourself accordingly could be helpful.
